I tried two other browsers; the only difference is that with Microsoft Edge, the description of my problem is still visible in the background, while the permanent loading screen is in the foreground. I have no extensions enabled in Microsoft Edge. The other browser is Mozilla, and it looks exactly the same as the Chrome browser. Nothing happens on any of the three browsers, even after hours.
Can you test on a different device Seck7 or network even?
Testing again here and I am able to create and open a case and get to support.
You can ensure that all extensions are disable, popups not blocked and that your security software is not blocking it.

I tried it with my smartphone using both mobile data and Wi-Fi, but it's always the same result. Perhaps this feature doesn't exist in Europe.
