Issue logging into Playtest platform

Firstly, when opening up the playtest site, I can login in the top right corner to EA. I am able to do so, this however seems to have no affect on being able to login/sign up for any playtests. 

I signed up earlier today for Battlefield labs, and went through that whole process. Was later emailed by EA to adjust and or input some preferences. Now I can't login to their site or do any of the mentioned stuff..

Any insight or help would be appreciated.
