Issue with Incorrect Email Linked to My EA Account

I am writing to request assistance with an issue regarding my EA account. It appears that my EA account is linked to an incorrect email address, which I did not create or recognize. This situation has caused several issues, including the inability to manage my account properly. Most importantly, my PlayStation Network (PSN) account is linked to this EA account with the incorrect email, preventing me from unlinking it. Since I do not have access to this email, I am unable to receive password reset emails or make any changes to the account settings.
I was unaware that my PSN account had been linked to an incorrect EA account until I attempted to manage my linked accounts. Now, I am completely unable to access my EA account or make any modifications.
I kindly request your help in verifying my identity and assisting me in either: Changing the email associated with my EA account to the correct one, so I can regain access.
Unlinking my PSN account from the incorrect EA account, allowing me to link it to my correct EA account.
