Issues with my EA-account

hello, I have some issues with my (main) EA.account.

I can't get the verification mail. On this account here its no problem at all, but on my main account, where all my expansion packs are, I can't sign in.

When I try to sign in with e-Mail, it transmit me to "enter password" as usual. PW is 100% correct - then it comes to "verify my account via mail". I can receive other Mail on my e-Mail inbox, but not from EA.

Does anyone know this Problem? What could I try?

Oh, it's not in the junk folder or anywhere else. I tried also to add this account as a family member to the main account. On this account /Mail address I can receive all mails by EA BESIDES the family-member-request.
Also I think the mail of my main account was set "inactive" by the provider. But technically it's fully working again...
