Linked accounts
Can’t link my Xbox account. Says it’s already linked to another email that I’ve never seen. Any suggestions or help would be great! I have a code to play Battlefield six early that I can’t use.

Spent hours watching streams last night and got TWO early access codes. Put them in, didn’t work. So I did what everyone says to do, make sure your accounts are linked correctly. I’ve spent hours doing that. Not to mention I preordered this sh*t. All for it not to work. I did this all YESTERDAY, and I still cannot play. Genuinely infuriating. Didn’t think it was gonna be 2042 over again wth.
same issue for me, and EA wont link me to a support email or even a live chat. I can login and but the email is deactivated and can't be reactivated
Here for the same thing. I am on PSN and just want the PSN unlinked to log in with the correct account. 5 tickets later they disappear and no answer, no contact. 3hrs waiting to chat with an agent and nothing.
Man 6+ hours later not a single answer anywhere on the forums not a single person helped not even a were looking into this in any ticket.
I’ve spent hours on chat all they do is answer at 2/3am and disconnect because obviously you’re not there. No alert there was anyone waiting to chat etc… I pre-ordered BF6 and I’m honestly thinking of just canceling the charge and getting a refund… EA needs to fix this ASAP
