I'm in the same boat.
I've contacted 4 different operators using the chat feature and gotten 2 guys that just read scripts and 2 that acutally tried to help, but told me they kept getting errors and to try again in a few hours, that's when I got guy number 4 who just read a script and didn't read any of the previous case's that exist with the chat logs of everything I've already shown.
Seriously painful. I'm waiting for another agent now, estimated wait time of one minute (It's been 30 at time of writing) if I do manage to eventually get anywhere, I'll update this as to what the end result actually was.
Doesn’t help, but Om having the same issue being told they are having technical issues. The last two advisors I’ve talked to have said they are now working on trying to fix the issue and that it is being treated as a larger “emerging issue”. Have no idea how to know it’s been fixed though, just told to try again later.
