Everyone has a problem with the linking-unlinking accounts, it is made very poorly. Personally I don't like EA anymore all because of this, I mistakenly moved my account from an EA account to another and I lost all my progress because I didn't know something like this existed. Please reconsider on doing something about this, it is way too much to wait 6 whole months...

My sister tried playing sims and it connected to her steam account I unlinked her account and now I cant get it to reconnect it says I have top wait a year and i lost all my games and progress now is there a way to by pass this i have contacted support but have gotten no reply. Is there any way to fix this darko?

When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.
You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.
That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.
Once you unlink a platform account from your EA Account and link it to a new one, you can’t unlink it again for six months.
