Community ManagerAre you able to load into any of our games with the account you're having trouble with? If so, it's possible you can see your email address somewhere in the settings. Otherwise, the best I can recommend is opening another case with support. You might want to try email instead of chat.
I tried to install NFS 2015 and it wont let me enter the game.
It want me to sign into my EA account, which I cant.
