    Hi 2goaujq5cqgn

I wish I could. This isn't something we can help with on the forums. You'll need our support teams help.

Use the steps below to connect with them:

    • Open the EA Help website
    • Click “Help by Topic” followed by 'EA Account': You'll find this at the top left-hand side of the EA Help homepage.
    • Then choose 'How to get back into your EA Account': This will open a guide that will share some tips.
    • Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
    • Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.”
    • Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.

They'll do their best to help you recover your EA account.

    Hey 2goaujq5cqgn

That information really helps. The email domain, '@disabled.ea.com', means the EA account has been disabled. This can happen for a few reasons:

    • You haven't logged in for a long time
    • The account was compromised and then locked
    • Someone requested an account deletion
    • The account was banned by TOS

As you mentioned it's been a while since your last EA game, it's most likely the first one that applies here. Our support team may be able to help you reactivate and update the account information on the EA account, depending on which scenario applies to you.

You can reach them through our EA Help site

    Hi 2goaujq5cqgn,

Ok, thanks for sharing that context. There's a good chance the EA account may be yours if you've played EA games online from that gamertag before. Do you recognise the email address that popped up when it said your account was already linked to another EA account?

    Hi 2goaujq5cqgn

If you’ve ever played an EA game online from your Xbox with that gamertag, an EA account may have been created or linked automatically, since that’s required for online play. Can you remember playing EA games from it in the past?
