Linking Xbox Account
I'm trying to connect my Xbox account to my EA profile (both of were under the same name). At first I got a message that my Xbox account is already linked to a profile with the SAME email. Since I ve not used for a while, I decided to unlink and than relink the accounts, and got the message "Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for XX*****@yahoo.com was previously linked to the Xbox account for XXXX. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.
I am totally confused as my xbox and EA accounts share the same name and email. Chat bot is useless and "Link accounts" button on the help page directs me back to my account page.

We're not able to help with account related issues over the EA Forums. You can open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. They should be able to assist with this.
