Locked out of main account by fake 2FA app loop - Help site broken

Could you let me know how you answered the chatbot’s questions? 

At the moment, the EA Help site appears to be working normally, so I’d like to understand where the process is getting stuck for you.

I already did all of that, and it didn't work so I'd like to speak to an advisor.

The chatbot is mainly there to collect your details first so the case can be routed properly. It’s designed to gather the information an Advisor would usually ask for upfront and help reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.

When answering its questions, please make sure you clearly indicate that this is an account issue. This should help bring up the Chat with us option so you can get in touch with an Advisor. Thanks.
