Locked out of my Main account
I have been trying to change my password on my main account for a week now since I cannot sign in with my old one. The big issue is that I do not get a password reset email or verification code sent to the corresponding email. I had managed to sign in on Browser and sent a support ticket, where they sent me an email stating they had changed my password and I could make a new one using the link, but I still do not get the verification email and now I was logged out of the browser so I cannot access the support ticket anymore.
I really need someone from EA to help me resolve my issue. I do not want to have to buy the games I already own and start from 0 again.
