Looking for account help

I have a problem relating to existing EA account on multiple fronts. It is currently linked to my active PSN account.

Problem: the email address on the EA account no longer exists. 

I've connected with chat support multiple times, they state they send a “pop up verification”, but it never appears. Then they close case and tell me try again. 

Assumed problem #2: The trusted/recognized device connected to the EA account is a device I also have no access to.

All I’m trying to do is update the email address so I can continue playing normally
