I did this, they never replied. I looked up my case and it said it was resolved. Didn't fix anything. Had to continue the claim but at this point I have very little faith that anything will actually be resolved based on what I've read about this issue online. As unfortunate as it is, I think I'll have to stop playing any EA games.
