lost account with payed add-ons

So I used to have an account that I used on a regular basis. And than when origin swapped to EA I   couldn't retrieve it because I didn't know the password and I am using a different laptop. I have no access to the email it was registered or created under. I finally was able to reach out to my old emails customer support but they have not reached back out to me. 

Back with Origin I had to call their number they asked me the security question that i had chosen when setting up my account and general info like dob and such and gotten to access my account every time.

Since this EA swap origin doesn't exist and EA not being customer friendly. Is there anything I can do to get my add-ons and packs that I payed a good amount of money for back?
