I haven't logged into my EA Origin account in a long time. I had purchased some games over the years like Battlefield 3 and now I had to setup an EA account and all my old games are gone. When I tried to enter my cd key from my disc version of Battlefield 3 it says key already in use. My library is empty. I'm pretty sure I'm using the same email address that I used with Origin now with EA. Can anyone tell me how to get my games back into my library?
I did what you said, and when I tried to switch my email over it said email already in use. So I tried logging into that email and sure enough I had setup my account with that email before. I was able to login and all my games are there. Thanks for the help. I think I should delete the other account so I don't get confused about this issue in the future.

It sounds like your old EA account might have been disabled at some point. You can restore it by resetting the password via the original email address, but if you've already made a new account with it then you might need to change the email address on your new account so you can reset the password on the old one.
