Linking issue

Question

Hi! I want to link my Epic Games account to EA but EA says that I already have a linked account. The account at hand does not belong to me, so I am unable to unlink it from Epic Games since I cannot log into it.

How can I unlink that EA account? The Epic support said it can only be done via EA since the Epic account connects to the EA account and not the other way around.
