major issue

hi guys   ive been trying to change my ea name and email preferences  for many months now, every time you need to change something it says  we have sent an email to your email client for verification,  ea is NOT  sending the emails,  ive disected my email client   spam folders   everything and its clear that EA is not sending the verification mails.   ive raised this with them and nobody seems to care,   im at my wits end with this problem.  has EA  blocked my email without telling me???????????????    please devs, someone help me  this is terrible
