major issue

Question

hi guys&nbsp; &nbsp;ive been trying to change my ea name and email preferences&nbsp; for many months now, every time you need to change something it says&nbsp; we have sent an email to your email client for verification,&nbsp; ea is NOT&nbsp; sending the emails,&nbsp; ive disected my email client&nbsp; &nbsp;spam folders&nbsp; &nbsp;everything and its clear that EA is not sending the verification mails.&nbsp; &nbsp;ive raised this with them and nobody seems to care,&nbsp; &nbsp;im at my wits end with this problem.&nbsp; has EA&nbsp; blocked my email without telling me???????????????&nbsp; &nbsp; please devs, someone help me&nbsp; this is terrible&nbsp;

Hey Xiy2X2XiLwv3d​ that's not great to hear.&nbsp;
Is the email account that you are checking one linked to your EA account? Could you have multiple EA accounts by any chance?
We cannot help with account issues here but our help article has all the info and links.

nothing is working as EVERYTHING requires a verification email being sent BEFORE any action can take place ....this is the actual problem, those emails are not being sent or i cant receive them.......don't you guys understand this?&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;im at my wits end with this problem mate,&nbsp; &nbsp;its an easy fix on your end .&nbsp; please&nbsp; &nbsp;please can you help me??????????

hi darko,&nbsp; &nbsp;i just got an email from EA about the forum reply&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;this one ....You have earned a new rank in EA Forums!&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; that comes through ok so why dont all the rest of them???????&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;this is the most frustrating thing ive dealt with for&nbsp; years lol&nbsp;
