In that case, can you try using the Contact us button at the bottom of this page instead? The NextStep bot should be able to redirect you to an advisor after you provide the requested information. You'll want to give a simple response, even if the questions aren't quite applicable, and the bot should bring you to a self-service page afterward. 

If you aren't actually able to access your EA account, it'd be best to work on recovering that first. Especially since you might be prompted for a verification code during the refund conversation, and you'll need to have access to the email address registered to the account. You can do this by connecting with live support using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page instead: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/update-ea-account-info/

The attached link leads to the same looping web form; after filling it out and submitting it, it returns to the blank version without registering the request.

I am requesting a refund for an annual subscription charged to my card.

 Unfortunately, Google deleted this email address, and it is no longer accessible. The card details remained saved on the EA account, so the system automatically charged an annual subscription, but we cannot access or use it.

If you're referring to EA Play, those generally aren't refundable, unfortunately. 

However, if you haven't already, please try using this web form to connect with our live support team. An advisor can review your account and billing information to determine your refund eligibility from there.
