merge my old ea account with my new one so I can get my purchases back

I have been unable to contact a advisor because the chat button leaves when I refresh  the site. I would like to merge my account I made in 2018 under my Moms email to my main account I made in 2023 ...

I have this exact same problem, it’s such a weird backwards system the fact it doesn’t just save to the actual Xbox. Let me know if the EA support was helpful and if you found a fix, I’ll be doing the same
