Missing BF account data PS4 to PC
Hallo, this would save me a lot of time if someone can help please.
I recently switched from PS4 to PC. I played BF1, BF4 and BF5 on my PS4. When I switched I made sure I linked the right PS account to the right EA account and Steam account. However, when I loaded BF1 all my levels were gone and none of my weapons + dog tags were transferred. I have to start from scratch basically. By the looks of it, it did the same to BF5 and only a small amount of my BF4 data got transferred. The thing is on the EA website it says I do own all the games (plus a few of my other EA games). I'm still logged into my PS so its not like my account is deleted.
[Disclaimer= I have not bought/ installed BF4 & 5 on my PC. But my progress is supposed to reflect in-game on the left side]
My one possibility is that BF4 is the one of the three that I did not buy on disc, but on the PS store. Can that maybe be the issue? But also, like I said it still says I own all three on the EA website.
I would really like to get all my data transferred, since it took me really long to get where I got.

Just to clarify, you're logging in on PC and were expecting to see your prior BF1, 4, and V progress, but only have those games on PlayStation, right?
It may show you have the titles on another platform on the account, but for the most part your progress/content is not transferred between separate platforms. BF2042 and BF6 do have cross progression, but these earlier titles in the series do not. That would mean logging in on PC would only show any progress you've made on PC, not your earlier PS4 progress.
