Missing account

A couple of years ago, I stopped playing this game Star wars galaxy of heros. I logged on to find out my account had been taken. I know it has been taken because I found it through the ally code. Who...

    Yes I did EA_Darko​ but I put the ally code in and someone else has it and I know that as they changed the name

        Yes EA_Darko​ it has. I can prove the account is mine as I made purchases on that account and have screenshot of them
