missing login info
my daughter has her own account. she no longer has the email to let her sign into her account. she didn't play for over 6 months. is there any way for her to recover it.

If the email is not accessible, we will need you to make contact with an EA Help Advisor for assistance. They have to verify your identity before making any account changes.

she owns a lot of the add ons for sims 4 on the missing account. I would ahte for her to have to buy them all again. I have 49 add ons. she owned more than that.
