Multiple Users from Asia(HK) Unable to Connect to EA servers

Hey, I also live in HK and I am unable to connect to the ea servers as well. thought it was just me but apparently not. I guess that's a good thing since we now know its not a problem from our end... Btw I'm on PC.

the staff here not wake up yet, they dont even notice the problem

even they know, they will ask you: is your internet cable plug correctly?

can you test an IP address and send to us?

Hi all, i also was not able to connect to EA Servers since yesterday, tried about 50 times but still failed....so what i (we) can do? just wait?

HK too. Can't sign in. Why is it so hard to connect to a game in 2026??? 

Probably not much except to make as much noise as possible until EA cares about this. 

It happened to me before and it lasted for a week. During that week I literally tried everything, including reinstalling the game and reinstalling PlayStation firmware, nothing works. Seems like its a EA side issue not a user side issue
