My account got hacked

I need help, my account got hacked and my access email changed. I tried to get help from the chatbox bot only sends me to the article of "what to do if my account got hacked" and the advisor thing doesnt work either, i need to recover my account.

My account its linked now to this email which is not mine

What happens, when you try to create a case with an advisor here?

Unfortunately, we don't have access to account information here in the forum and therefore cannot help with hacked account issues - Support is the only one that can provide assistance with these.
