Sorry to hear the verification codes aren't working when you pop them in. If there's a big delay between when the codes are requested and when they are submitted, they can time out sometimes. In terms of the ban message, you may be able to find out a bit more by reading the email the screenshot mentions was sent out to you. There might be some context there.
