My EA account is missing. Support couldn't help.
I've already contacted two people in the support team, and they still couldn't help me; in fact, they force-closed my support session.
My case number is: 225684821
I've played Apex Legends through Steam for almost 1,000 hours. After a period of absence, I returned to play and was prompted to log into EA again. Now, my email address is somehow missing from the EA database.
I even provided the transaction numbers for Apex Coins purchased through Steam and for Battlefield 4 and 5 bought via Origin. The receipts clearly show payment was made with my email address and I just canceled my EA monthly subscription through Steam about two months ago.
I don't understand how this is even possible, considering I've provided all the transaction data.
Can someone in IT support please review my case? It seems the online customer service team doesn't have access to all the necessary database information.
