My EA account was hacked, primary email changed – can’t reach live support
Hello,
My EA account was hacked and my primary email address was changed by the attacker. Right now, I can only log in using my phone number, and I can access the account only through the web version.
I cannot log in to the EA App on desktop because it only accepts email and password login.
I’ve tried to contact live support, but I can’t reach them in any way. The contact form either gives me an error or doesn’t connect me to a live agent.
When I try to change my primary email, the system says “your account has been deleted or doesn’t exist.”
What’s strange is that I added my old primary email as my secondary email, and I actually received a verification code there, so the system still recognizes it — but I still can’t change my primary email address.
Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? How can I reach EA Help live support, or verify my account ownership so I can get my email restored?
