i'm having the same problem as you are having i don't remember the email or ea account been trying to get my ps5 unlinked from that account so i can link the account i actually remember but i've been getting run around instead of any actual help. literally every other game i've had to do this for had a prompt to unlink at the login but i guess that would require competence but until it gets sorted i will no longer be buying ea products on my pc either
I have raised a case with the support team but they have not responded yet. You can typically find the email that’s linked to your account within most EA games. For instance, I found the email linked to my account by logging into EA Sports FC.
i dont have my old email, I have my playsation and email and password, but my EA account associated with my playstation is still asking for my 20 year old email for some reason
