My PSN Linked Account Won't Show Up
I am attempting to get SnallaBot added to my Discord Server (for Madden 25) but when I sign into my EA account the only linked accounts are Xbox and Nintendo. But, when I attempt to link my PSN account it says it is ALREADY linked the account I'm signed in to. So it is linked but not linked and I need it to show up in EA to connect SnallaBot to my server. The e-mails, passwords, etc. are the same it just won't show up in Linked Accounts for some odd reason. I feel like I've tried everything but if someone could assist me I'd be so appreciative.
P.S. I also attempted to try and access my EA account from Madden but it gives me a QR code which I try and scan but it sends a "verification e-mail" that I never receive.

If that's linked to an older disabled EA account or just one that has an email you're no longer able to access, our support team should be able to help clear that up.
They'll need to verify some account details before changes can be made so it's not something we can do via the forums, but if you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look at that other account.
