I need assistance in unlinking my old EA account from my Xbox, my Xbox is tied to an old EA account that has an email address that is no longer accessible, as it more than likely doesn't even exist anymore, I need that old EA account de-linked from my xbox.
I'm having the exact same issue. Old EA Account was disabled / deleted but still linked to my Xbox account. I can't unlink the EA account from Xbox side for some reason. Can't even figure out how to open a case on the EA help site.
Literally same problem. My Xbox is linked to an old Ea account that I can't access. Stupid thing is you need to unlink from the EA side... which isn't possible because again, I can't get in. Worse, I made a NEW EA account, and I CAN'T link my Xbox to it because you can't have more than EA account linked to a platform. I managed to make a case for it to which I've yet to hear back from EA. I literally just want to get a twitch code for the Battlefield 6 early access beta 😂😭
Let me know if anyone figures a way round this. Im having exact same problem, all I want to do is play bf6 early access beta 😭

Please let me know if you find a fix to this. I have the same problem on steam and I literally cannot connect another account or use another steam account as that’s my only one. Please help.
Actually outrageous how incompetent the support is for this stuff, been having a problem with my account. Completely locked out until 2026, basically bought Xbox game pass for no reason if I cant play EA games all because they make it impossible to get real support.
Same issue. I suppose this is something EA needs to figure out during this Beta period.
Guess what EA? You're not going to sell a game to me when I can't ever link my X-box account to my EA account.
