If you've followed these steps to create an appeal specifically, rather than opening a regular support case, our Terms of Service team will be able to take a look. They'll have the tools necessary to check into this further, so please keep an eye on your case history here for an update once they finish the investigation.
Please note they're rarely ever able to share the specific program or process that was detected as that type of information is extremely valuable to those that would wish to bypass the various detection systems in place, so typically this would be more along the lines of explaining which section of the User Agreement was violated and some general examples of what that might include.
