I realized I’m not getting drops because my EA account is linked to an old Twitch account I no longer use. I tried unlinking but the button is grayed out and says I can’t unlink until February 2026. I made a support request (#219206131) but haven’t hear anything back. I just need my old Twitch unlinked so I can link my new Twitch.

Update to this. As of this time, EA support has been useless. Got into a chat with them and they essentially said there’s nothing they can do to unlink for me and that I’d need to wait 6 friggin months to link a new Twitch. WTF. What’s the point of a support person who doesn’t even have access to support! Such BS!
