Need to add my new email address to my PlayStation

How do I unlink my PlayStation account from an old email I can’t recover.

You are giving me a link but what link do I use to talk to an agent. This is the most frustrating thing ever. I click the link then it takes me to another link but no live person so I can unlink my PlayStation account with what some other email.
