Need to unlink my account from xbox

Luckily xbox automatically signs me into this account but i have no access to this email and want to either delete it or unlink it from my xbox. Im waiting tirelessly for an agent to chat to but they never connect. Can anyone help me?

Hello PFFlyer003,
Just go to the connection page of your EA Account, unlink your old Steam and link your new one. You can do those changes with some limitations. Please check this guide for more information.

This is OP. It requires a verification code and I cannot access the email to get the code. I can't even sign into forums unless I follow through the Xbox account.

Hey Cloth and ears he doesn’t have access to the email to unlink it, Same goes for all these other people
