NextStep is horrible

I have wanted to contact a human regarding my issue with owning a copy of spore on steam that has its online features locked because EA has decided to kill it for some reason, I wanted to transfer my license to EA so I figured I'd try to contact human support, nope its just an AI that constantly loops me over and over with the same questions and never helps me whatsoever, if I say that it has given me the wrong topic to help, it'll just restart the conversation, I can lay out my issue clearly for it and it will just ask me whats wrong again, please fix this.
