Nhl 26 crash

Hi there. There is a patch underway that we announced yesterday. It was mentioned to be sure to finish any games before the planned downtime. This is all detailed here.

If the patch was to start at 1pm estate time I shouldn't have been able to start the game because it would have kicked me out. An I'm not on the game or fourm enough to know that these patches are going out. An how are they going to fix the issue of giving me a lost when it wasn't my fault?

You could start a game up until the servers went down. I absolutely understand the frustration. Unfortunately, we're not able to revert your game to a state before you disconnected and we're not able to change it to a win.
