The servers for Ea went down mid cup chase game with me winning 3-0. I hope this does not count as a lose since it wasn't a player error or home server issue. The time was 1:10 pm est on 12/2/2025 ...

If the patch was to start at 1pm estate time I shouldn't have been able to start the game because it would have kicked me out. An I'm not on the game or fourm enough to know that these patches are going out. An how are they going to fix the issue of giving me a lost when it wasn't my fault?

Community ManagerYou could start a game up until the servers went down. I absolutely understand the frustration. Unfortunately, we're not able to revert your game to a state before you disconnected and we're not able to change it to a win.
