No access to old EA Account
Hi there,
I cant get in contact with anyone from EA regarding my issues so I am trying here. My email that I originally used for EA, Facebook & Spotify have all been hacked a couple years ago ( Passwords changed) and I have not been able to gain any access to that email address. Unfortunately that is where all my purchases for sims are ( such as game expansion packs ) I have tried to get in contact with my email provider to gain access and they didn't help. I have the majority of order numbers for my purchases saved. does anyone know if EA would transfer them from one account to the other even though I don't have access? Thanks in advance for responses, I just don't have the money to buy all the add-ons again.

Once you've verified with the live support team that you're the owner of this EA account they'll help get your details updated to an email you do have access to instead. We can't help with account recovery here on the forums, but you can reach out to live support here for more assistance on this.
