No longer have access to the email I use for my account
I made my account eons ago with an old email. I no longer have access to that email. It's not a case of just having forgotten the password - it was a custom domain that I don't own anymore. I tried my best to update the emails on my accounts before the domain lapsed but some fell through the cracks.
I'm trying to submit a help request via this form but there's two fields which don't seem to be working - the 'Search for a game or product' and 'Select Your Console'. Both of them just throw 'No results. Please add correct keywords'. no matter what I enter.
I don't understand how I'm meant to contact support in this situation? I'm happy to go through whatever verification process is necessary to update the email on my account, but I can't even submit a ticket or get in contact because I can't log in*?
*Yes, I'm logged in here, because I was able to log in via my PSN, thankfully. When I try to do that on any other EA domain, it throws an email to the address I no longer have access to.
