No longer have access to the email I use for my account

I made my account eons ago with an old email. I no longer have access to that email. It's not a case of just having forgotten the password - it was a custom domain that I don't own anymore. I tried my best to update the emails on my accounts before the domain lapsed but some fell through the cracks. 

I'm trying to submit a help request via this form but there's two fields which don't seem to be working - the 'Search for a game or product' and 'Select Your Console'. Both of them just throw 'No results. Please add correct keywords'. no matter what I enter. 

I don't understand how I'm meant to contact support in this situation? I'm happy to go through whatever verification process is necessary to update the email on my account, but I can't even submit a ticket or get in contact because I can't log in*?

*Yes, I'm logged in here, because I was able to log in via my PSN, thankfully. When I try to do that on any other EA domain, it throws an email to the address I no longer have access to.

  • is there any way to recover my account and i tried to send my problem to ea support but  i can't because the select console part is not working (i can't select any platform )

  • After literally about 10 years of playing on the same account, someone finally managed to access and change the email on my account. I can't login, I can't unlink my xbox account. Then finally, the cherry on top is the absolute worst customer service experience i've ever been through.  No real way to contact anyone so here I am posting on a forum just hoping the right person sees it. After playing 100's of games on multiple systems for 10 years and spending probably $1000's, I can't even get a chat support. I have 2 emails. A main and a side email. Neither of which start with "be..." like it says when i try to reset my password. I have game pass with EA play, I've bought majority of the games EA publishes so I HOPE someone sees this. I can verify every single bit of info needed. I refuse to let all my years of progress and achievements go to waste because some scummy hacker wants to play games for free. I have been using EA play on PC with game pass for almost 3 years and never once have I had an issue until i decided to play BFH for some nostalgia. Low and behold I have to launch the game through a website? What the F* is that? And of course when i login through chrome it wants to verify my email and here I am. . I actually had almost started to like EA, now I'm not so sure. Regardless of the sh* talking, if anyone on this forum has the power to get me my account back it'd be greatly appreciated. I can give you any info you need. 

     

    Attached is the verification email that is not mine, as well as the error code I get when trying to launch a game. And of course the link goes to an error page, and the error code doesn't exist. I tried to create a support claim, but it would not let me select my console type. It's almost like EA is purposely trying to avoid helping the people that make them rich.

     

  • I can see that there's documentation about these kinds of issues. This one talks about my personal issue - if you can't access the email you used for your account. It details some suggestions on how to get access. The thing is, those aren't possible for me - I will not be able to recover that email at all. 

    I really just want to be able to contact EA to talk through my options. I know they can change my email from their side provided I go through a verification process which is totally fine with me. But I can't use their support form - it doesn't work. It's really frustrating.
