I can see that there's documentation about these kinds of issues. This one talks about my personal issue - if you can't access the email you used for your account. It details some suggestions on how to get access. The thing is, those aren't possible for me - I will not be able to recover that email at all.
I really just want to be able to contact EA to talk through my options. I know they can change my email from their side provided I go through a verification process which is totally fine with me. But I can't use their support form - it doesn't work. It's really frustrating.
