Not Get Emails!!

I'm trying to change things on my account but it wants a code for everything. I ask for a code to be emailed to me but never receiver the email. Can someone please contact me so I can get this issue ...

    Hey PrimeMCIX​,

    Maybe this is a silly question, but have you checked your spam and trash folders in case the emails are getting routed there? It's also possible that your inbox is full; maybe deleting a few old emails will help with that.

    If you reach out to our live support team they can help you change your account details, and they can also help change the email address.

Yeah, I checked there for the codes but they never show up. Did have to check it to see your reply. My inbox is empty.
