Not receiving Authentication Code emails?
I am trying to link my Steam account to my EA play account. When I attempt to do so, it says EA will be sending a verification code to my email; however, the code never arrives. I've check spam, made sure their email wasn't blocked, and a whole range of other things to no avail. I have access to the email and get verification codes from other companies like Xbox, but nothing comes through from EA or EA Play...
I thought maybe I would try linking a new email, but of course to change emails, you have to receive the verification code...
To be clear, I have no problem logging into my account. I tried opening a ticket (since there's no phone support number or live chat??) under "Login issues", but it tell me to "Search for a game or product" with no dropdown options. I tried typing in a million different things like "account" "ea play" "verification" but nothing populates. Finally I selected Battlefield 6 (which is the game I want to link my steam account for), made a ticket, and it was promptly closed with no correspondence, notes, etc. Under Case History, it just says:

I have no idea what else to do since there's no support number or even a live chat... Anyone know of any way I can get this resolved? I find it ridiculous that they have no other support options for a multi-billion dollar company.
