Not receiving password reset email

I have had to create a new EA account to post this. My ea account password expired and needed to be reset so i requested the link multiple times and it is it not coming through. I have been unable to...

Hi there, 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble recovering your account. What product and subject are you selecting when trying to contact EA Help? I suggest using "EA account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information," as that usually gives you the option to contact chat support.
