Not receiving verification email

I hade made an EA account back in 2011 and had an older email address attached to the account. That email address was inactive for years but I was able to get back into it however I am not receiving any of the identity  verification emails. I can still receive email from EA too because I get the confirmation emails when I complete a  service request after trying to contact EA help. There is nothing in my spam or junk folders and I can get emails from EA but the specific identity verification emails are just not going through.
