Old psn id

Hi guys
Firstly, I normally people must have asked this question on this forum many times before. I have an EA account with my primary email address and I have a PSN ID with my primary email address. For some reason my EA account is linked with a PSN ID. That i don’t think I ever used. I want my EA account to be linked with my actual PSN id that I use now. I just recently got a PlayStation 5 and logged into my PSN ID. I want to play fc 25 online but I cannot and I don’t want to create a new email address just to get by with this. Is there anyone that can help me or advise me?
