Pack opening error

Can’t claim items or open any packs as there’s an unclaimed pack in mypacks section that always goes to an error message everytime I claim it, any ideas? platform PlayStation 5 psn: HuM_2a-13

J'ai le même problème dur mon compte j'ai un pack bronze.deeskfree qui bloque le compte de,la boutique sur app pc et console
