Ea support is genuinely a joke been trying to sort this issue out for a little bit now and it just seems like it’s going nowhere and it’s crazy because it seems like many other are having this issue ...

i got the same problem here. EA does not send you the verfication mail, nor in spam or inbox, and without that code you can't change **bleep**.
