Playtesting Codes

I participated in the playtesting of F1 24 and F1 25, and I chose the following codes from the list:

EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition
EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition

Last year, I did not receive EA FC 24, and today I did not receive EA FC 25 for PC. I also wrote an email but did not receive a reply.
